I had an very nice stay at the Pavilions! The private villa with its own spa and pool was a dream, and I particularly loved the foot reflexology treatment in my room. I'll recommend this hotel!

The staff were very relaxed and friendly, nothing was a problem! The food was superb-and not overly priced.....keep it like that and we'll be back!
Nothing really-perhaps a fitness centre would be good.

Amazing dishes.
An extra special way to end my holiday. Stunning and unbeatable location, only a short distance to everywhere. Walking distance to a shopping area and a night market across the street. Really nice restaurant, with good food available. Very good service, parking on-site. Tapas bar and very clean pool.

The experience was lovely, highlighted by the stunning spacious villa and amazing service from the friendly staff. While the food was mostly good, breakfast options were somewhat limited, and the coffee service could use improvements. It was a nice stay in a beautiful location.

The hotel delivers everything it promises in its website and more. All the staff, including the general manager, made us feel like we were the only guests in the resort. Excellent treatments in the private spa, awesome food, and total privacy and comfort in the villa. A perfect place for a relaxing holiday.
The hotel is not near the ocean, but offers a complimentary shuttle service to one of the most quiet beaches on the island, which is a short ride away.

The luxurious rooms and excellent service from all staff.
The wifi was not operating at the time of our visit due to repairs. This was unavoidable.

f**king cool! perfect for making your girl happy :)
all in-hotel prices does not include 10% service and 7% vat charches which is surprising when you get the final bill (e.g. additional 1500 THB for single massage etc.)

As a destination for a weekend getaway without our young children, the Pavilions was a superb choice amongst resorts in Phuket. It is especially nice for spa lovers since you can stay in the spa room within your own villa for all the treatments. Dining options were interesting and of a great variety for a resort of this size. Its free car or shuttle service to the beach and to the surrounding areas was of added value too.
There was power outage everyday around noon and it lasted for over half an hour every time. But it was a pleasant stay overall.

We loved the very nice sunset views from the 360 bar and the amazing couple's massage in our villa. The food at Firefly was a culinary delight, and the giant infinity pool made for some dreamy afternoons.

would definitely book here again
The spa & pool pavilion was very nice. It had a private pool, spacious dressing room, and a kitchenette with a full-size fridge. The outdoor dining area was perfect. Activities were limited, but the massage at the spa lounge was great. Breakfast had mouthwatering pastries and fresh juices. The dining experience at Firefly was good!

We really enjoyed our time with the culinary team exploring traditional Thai cuisine, especially the hands-on cooking class at the resort's beautiful garden. The villa was modern and comfortable. The staff was friendly and the food at the Firefly restaurant was delicious.
In my wife's opinion, having more family-friendly activities would enhance the experience.
